We are evaluating a new tablet medication for adults living with type 2 diabetes and kidney disease. The study will assess whether the drug when taken alongside an approved diabetes medication, can improve blood sugar control and support kidney health. Throughout the study, all participants will continue to receive standard treatment for their diabetes and kidney disease. We will evaluate how effective the new treatment is, while also assessing its safety and how well it is tolerated. The findings will help determine whether the drug could become a new treatment option for people living with type 2 diabetes and kidney disease. Starts July 2026
